Portait Magazine best Dressed of 2009

To close off 2009, I have decided to look back over all my favourite
stars outfits, and find my 4 best dressed of this year. Now, I had to
be brutal, as there were so many fantastically dressed stars this year.
If I could have them all, I would, but I would be here all year trying
to compile them. [/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
Below are my favourite 4 of 2009, including one outfit I have loved the most that they have worn. [/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
[size=16]001 - Leighton Meester: [/size][/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
Leighton Meester has been once of my favourite actresses of 2009. As
well as breaking free from Gossip Girl, to pursue a music career as
well, she has also broken away from her Blair Waldorf fashion, and
developed her own style too. [/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
One of my favourite outfits that Leighton wore, was this great bundle
up that she wore to the Gossip Girl set. It show you can keep warm, and
do Glamour too! [/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
Hints and Tips: You can choose any top to go underneath this outfit, as
everything else is left black and simplistic, so this is where your
outfit can get it's buzz factor. Also Leighton wear zippered heels with
her outfit, but I think the boots I have chosen are just as fab, and a
margin of what Leighton's heels cost! [/size][/size][/size]

If people don't know who Taylor Swift is by now, they obviously haven't
been paying attention. This year, Taylor not only succeeded in her
music, but she also developed a great sense of style. She has had some
amazing award show dresses, but to be practical, I'm going for her
everyday look. [/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
The outfit I have chosen, really optimizes Taylor's everyday look. She loves wearing cute dresses, and this one certainly is! [/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
Hints and Tips: If it's too chilly for bare legs outside, then add a
pair of wicked tights to this outfit. Urban Outfitters is one of my fav
go to shops for them. Even put on a pair of jeans. Jeans with dresses
are perfect! [/size][/size][/size]

2009 has been a big year for Ashley, that what I remember most, is her
fantastic day-to-day fashion. Ashley loves to layer, pull lots of
different tops, and trouser, and create a fantastic outfit. She not
afraid to repeat looks either, which I love! [/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
Hints and Tips: Just like Taylor, if it's a bit cold outside, why not
throw on a cardigan, or even better, a faux leather jacket. Faux
leather are better than the real ones in so many ways, and they are a
lot cheaper! Which means you can have more than one! [/size][/size][/size]

2009 has also been a big year for Selena Gomez, releasing her own
album, and having hit Disney Channel movies and tv shows. What
impressive me about Selena is she is very classy in her day outfits and
night outfits. She tends to dress older than she is, but she really
pulls it off. Classic example is the outfit I have chosen below: [/size][/size][/size][size=16][size=9][size=9]
Hints and Tips: For Selena's outfit, I choose a pair of zipper booties,
to give the outfit a bit of an edge. These could be swapped for strappy
sandals, or even knee length boots. Check out my go to shop,
